For films and packaging up to 2 litres.
Sensitivity: from 0,005 to 155.000 cc/m²/day.
Temperature range within the cell: from 5 to 50°C.
Relative humidity range within the cell: 0% or from 35 to 90%RV.
Standards: ASTM F-1927 ASTM D-3985 plastics, DIN-53380, JIS K-7126, ASTM F-1307, ISO CD 15105-2.

 

Water vapor permeability
MOCON, Permatran - W model 3/33 (MG, SW en MW), k101 and model 700

For films as well as for packaging up to 2 litrs.
sensitivity from 0,005 tot 100.000 g/m²/day.
Temperature range within the cell: from 5 to 50°C.
Relative humidity range within the cell at 100% or from 35 to 90%RV.
Standards: a.o. ASTM F 1249, TAPPI T557, JIS K-7129.

Cupmethod
 

Test for suface packaging materials, with different climatic conditions
Standards: a.o. ASTM E-96.

 

Carbon dioxide permeability: MOCON, Permatran - C model 4/41 (MC and SC)

For films as well as for packaging up to 2 litres.
Sensitivity: from 1 cc/m² day to 100.000 cc/m²/day
Temperature range within the cell: 5 to 50°C with RH of 0%.

 

Combined permeability for carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen: lYSSY, GMP-500

Sensitivity from 0.10 to 10.000 ml/m² day, carbon dioxide.
Sensitivity from 0.30 to 10.000 ml/m² day, oxygen.
Sensitivity from 0.30 to 10.000 ml/m² day, nitrogen.
Temperature range within the cell: 0 to 70°C.
Control of relative humidity.

 

Leak detector

Measuring range from 10 to 3000 mbar. Accuracy 1%. Sensitivity 1 mbar.

 
Analyzer from head space gasses, oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen

Sensitivity for oxygen 0,5% from measured value.
Sensitivity for carbon dioxide 1,0% from measured value.
nitrogen is a calculated value
